Working From Home Chat Jobs Role: We're looking for individuals with positive attitudes who enjoy giving back to the community to help us provide our clients with an outstanding customer experience (banks and other financial institutions).
The role description provides a general summary of the tasks and obligations required to perform remote chat jobs duties. The incumbent is responsible for efficiently managing the customer experience, specifically through phone conversations & emails.
Responsibilities of the Online Chat Jobs Work From Home Associate:
  • Contact our clients by phone, email, or live chat.
  • Provide members with above-and-beyond customer support by helping them activate their accounts, responding to their billing-related inquiries, guiding them around the online platform, and much more.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in the energy sector and our ever-evolving goods to assist clients learn more and receive first-class service.
  • Work together with our Member Accounts team to identify, investigate, and ultimately fix billing errors.
  • To give our product team input that affects and improves our platform, services, and internal procedures, demonstrate customer encounters.
  • Effectively use our support channels to promote and encourage member sign-ups.

 
Requirements: 
  •  Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team while also acting as a self-starter.
  • Ability to multitask, think on one's feet, and navigate difficult situations with compassion and a positive demeanour.
  • Excellent decision-making skills when dealing with sensitive, non-public data and information.
  • Access to a stable and functional work-from-home environment, including strong wi-fi and acoustics/uninterrupted space for phone support to our members.
At Home Chat Jobs Hours per week: 10 - 20 hours a week
