To join the customer service team at SocialSalesRep, we are hiring an English-speaking live chat support representative. The chance is to join a young, data-driven tech start-up that is rapidly expanding.
Live Chat Support Assistant Jobs Role: As the first person to welcome them on their SocialSalesRep journey, you will serve as the face of our customer contact for our US time zone, ensuring they have the greatest possible product experience. You will become intimately familiar with our eBike kits and be able to resolve any issue that arises, guaranteeing that our worldwide customer base receives the greatest assistance with our product and assisting in elevating the SocialSalesRep brand through good client experiences. This online support jobs-from-home role will give you the opportunity to own your development whilst being guided by our senior team, to ensure you meet your full potential.
Online Chat Support Jobs No Experience Responsibilities:
  • Providing our customers with top-notch email, video, and chat assistance.
  • Delivering the quickest and most effective responses to a large volume of customer support queries.
  • Inform the Head of Customer Service of insights and trends.
  • Working as a team, sharing expertise, and supporting teammates when you can.
Part-Time Chat Support Jobs Work From Home Requirements: 
  • Prior expertise in large-volume online environments where great customer service is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • A mature, "service first" attitude, confidence with consumers, and the ability to resolve disputes amicably at the end of every interaction.
  • A solid set of analytical skills.
  • The potential to soon be regarded as a trustworthy pair of hands.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a larger team while thriving under the pressure of a high volume of tickets.
  • Being able to propose and carry out modifications to procedures that are incomplete or ineffective.
